We have purchased numerous 1/4 cows from Bill. The beef Bill has supplied us has been top notch. All cuts of meat have much better flavor than store bought meat. The steaks are as good as top steak houses. We will continue to purchase our beef from Bill whenever we need to restock our freezer.

You will place your order with us. We will take the steer to the butcher. We will email you to call the butcher with your cut order. The steer will be butchered. We will pick up the meat and pay the butcher. We will deliver to you. You pay us for the meat and processing.
Typically it will take about 2 to 3 weeks for the time the steer goes to the butcher.
These are custom cut to your specifications.
